This captivating concept introduces a minimalist house nestled along the banks of the Ljubljanica River. Designed with versatility in mind, it serves as an ideal space for short-term rentals, hosting small picnics, and even long-term living.
Despite its small floor plan, this house offers everything that larger, traditional houses do. It includes a small kitchen with a dining area, a seating area, a functional bathroom with a shower, and a sleeping area accessible via stairs. The rational layout also allows for numerous cabinets and other storage spaces, including under the stairs, where the water heater and boiler are located.
